Hi yall!
Went to Blendon Woods today and saw Pileateds a plenty. There must have been four or five wooping it up. I was on the paved trail going to the lake blinds in the cleared off place. Also saw a pair of Red Heads on the wooded trail, and three or four Downys on both the paved and wooded trails. Also saw Indigo Buntings on the dog trail. As far as warblers, I saw a pair of Common Yellowthroats, they looked to be nesting. Nuthatches were everywhere, I saw at least 10 and heard plenty more. I saw two male Towhees and heard two more.
Has anyone noticed how many Cardinals there are? They seem to be everywhere.
