Yesterday on the Mahoning River (Lowellville--Struthers) were Am. black duck, 7 redheads, 6 buffleheads, 8 c. goldeneyes, and hooded mergansers. Landbirds in the area included a n. mockingbird in Struthers, Am. kestrel and e. bluebirds in Coitsville Twp., and 14 wild turkeys, Am. tree sparrows and a pine siskin in my Poland Twp. yard.
