I went to Sims Park in Euclid from 11:15 to 11:45 today. Saw the following:
White-winged Scoters 2 (very far east)
Common Goldeneye 25-30
Horned Grebes 5
Lesser Scaup - few, 1 Greater Scaup
Bufflehead ~ 7
Red-breasted Mergansers - many groups flying east
There was also a large grebe type bird with a probable yellowish bill but it was too far east for me to see clearly - couldn't relocate from tan apt buildings further east.
Also later at Wildwood State Park at East 174th & Lakeshore Blvd.
Hooded Mergansers ~ 25 under docks in marina
Northern Shovelers - a pair on Euclid Creek
Fox Sparrow 1
