It was windy this afternoon when I went to Sheldon's Marsh but there
were some birds moving around. In addition to the regulars, I saw
some small flocks of Yellow-rumped Warblers, White-throated Sparrows,
Cape May Warblers, a Field Sparrow (seems late) and a Brown Thrasher.
Dogwood berries and wild grapes seemed to be the target of their
foraging. At home I have some Chipping Sparrows under the feeder and
some White-crowned Sparrows in the garden.
