My son was home sick today so I got a little lake watching in. It was
actually pretty decent with a few ducks and gulls and lots of shorebirds. I
had nine individual flocks of dunlin totaling 688 birds. I also had an
avocet, a couple Hudsonian godwits, and 3 yellowlegs.
