Hello!
Sorry for the delayed post but yesterday evening, Dan Sanders, Doreene Linzell, Chris Hitt, my wife Ricki, and I scanned the many skyponds along Seaman Road and observed a White-Rumped Sandpiper mixed in with a flock of 32 Dunlin in a skypond just west of Decant Road, on the north side. Seaman runs parallel to Rte. 2 (west of Metzger Marsh) between Corduroy Rd. (north) and Rte. 2 (south). So if birding at Magee Marsh/Metzger Marsh/Ottawa NWR, it may be a good idea to check out skyponds in the area, especially those doing a Big Day.
