Greetings all -
Ben Warner just called (noon, Monday the 3rd) with a quick note regarding a leucistic Red-tailed Hawk present at the previously-described Benton-Carroll Road Snowy Owl spot. He first spotted the "white" Red-tail at a distance, and worked to get closer for clear views. Yesterday evening, two others in search of the Snowy also saw a distant white raptor as well and came to leucistic or albino Red-tail as the ID. Just a cautionary note for those seeking the Snowy.
