Today at Lakeview there was a solitary male bufflehead on the upper pond.
Yesterday driving thru I saw a pair of red-tailed hawks fly over the pond and
continue out of the cemeteryto the northwest, the same direction I was headed.
When I got to the back side of the Cleveland Museum of Art I noticed a fellow
pointing a camera up into a tree and asked him what he had...it was a
red-tailed, or rather a pair of red taileds, but one of them had a squirrel it
was lunching on. I'm guessing it was probably the pair I'd seen ten minutes
earlier, about 3/4 of a mile away...got a couple close range shots, here:
