At about 5PM today at Metzger Marsh, a Pied-billed Grebe family, mom and four little stripe-headed cuties, were directly east of one of the middle pulloffs. The cute kids, one third the size of mom, were already diving with her! They were easily visible with a scope out in open water, along the middle green area. A break in the green area was directly behind them.
