The whimbrel was gone. One each greater yellowlegs and dunlin, a few
semipalmated sandpipers and plovers, and killdeer remain. The small woodlot in
the northwest corner held blackpoll warblers as well as a selection of
maybe-staying-to-breed warblers, vireos, and flycatchers. A pair of greater
scaup was a surprise.
