Hi all,
I just received a report and photo of a Snowy Owl from "near the
Indiana/Ohio line, just west of Defiance". I received the report from a
secondhand source, and unfortunately no more explicit directions were
included. I have fired off an email to attempt to get more details, and
if/when I do, I'll post them here ASAP.
As everyone probably knows, this is shaking out to be a good winter for
southbound Snow Owls, and they could appear about anywhere, especially
in the northern one-third of the state.
I'll hope to report back with additional details on this owl.
