Hi all,
The Lucas County Snowy Owl continues through this morning but at a new
location. It was originally found in the ‘Howard Farms’ area (Marias Drive)
- where you take the Metzger Marsh turnoff but immediately turn left and got
over the bridge to the t-junction. It has since moved to Wallace Road just
to the west. To get here, head west on Rt. 2 from the Metzger turnoff taking
the first right (north) onto Howard Road - follow north and take the second
left (Wallace Road) - the bird was seen less than a mile up the road in the
field to the north (quite far out).
Good luck!
