Finally, a Baltimore Oriole perched on my Honeysuckle tree! YEY! His
colors were so vivid and vibrant!
Yesterday, I saw the female RT Hummer. It buzzed right above my head very
early this morning when I was filling up my tube feeders with sunflower
seeds. It flew and perched on to my hummingbird feeder. Six WC Sparrows
foraged my grounds for three days. But, this morning, I didn't see a single
one of them. I was surprised to see the mallard duck couple that comes
daily to my backyard come close to where I was - about ten feet away!
Wasn't that absurd?
Hubby and I will be driving westward from Lorain tomorrow to enjoy the
warblers ( and others) at Magee Marsh.
Happy Birding!
Rory
