Lisa Rainsong recently reports upwards of 8 to 9 Fish Crows in her Cleveland Heights neighborhood. Add to that the five to 6 that have been frequenting Cleveland Lakefront Nature Preserve (one seen with nesting material in late May), plus several towards I-271/Cedar Road, and very likely birds in Rocky River (Erik Bruder) there are now several groups in the Greater CLE region. It'd be great to try to get a handle on exact groups and numbers, but the point is, they are not only established annually but are successfully continuing to increase in numbers.
