I was able to do a bird walk this afternoon on this trail, the woods were
mostly quiet. Highlights after
a lot of listening and observing along the first half mile of trail:
American Redstart (2 males)
Hooded Warbler (1 m, 1 f)
Magnolia Warbler (5 imm)
Tennessee Warbler (1)
Common Yellowthroat (3)
Blue-headed Vireo (adult was closely followed by imm BH Vireo calling to be
fed and the adult was feeding it).
I missed getting a positive species ID on 3 or 4 other warbler individuals.
