Hi all,
Today I spent a couple hours driving rural roads in western Hamilton and
Butler Counties looking for Larks, Longspurs, Snow Buntings and whatever
else I could find. Totals were:
510 Horned Lark
267 Lapland Longspur
0 Snow Bunting
Exact locations of larger flocks were submitted to eBird.
I also stopped in at the Fernald Preserve and had a dark phase Rough-legged
Hawk.
Good birding,
Brian Wulker
