Low pressure systems are positioned to deliver a huge pulse of warm air north from the gulf. If you wish to see the forecast in motion, go to Real Time Weather, http://weather.rap.ucar.edu/
Select "Forecast" (just click on image).
Select "Loop all times" (left column, near bottom)
Select "MSLP/Winds" (middle column).
Watch the action as wind flags line up to form a unified stream from the Mississippi delta-High Island area of the gulf, northward through Ohio as the circulation develops through the next 17 hours.
Good birding, all.
