Shortly before noon today I saw a White-winged Scoter at the Cheshire Road access to Alum Creek State Park. It was with a dozen or so Common Goldeneyes. I saw it from the Mountain Bike parking area.
There were also Redheads, Canvasbacks, Lesser Scaup and the inevitable Canada Geese. I did not see any swans.
