Yellow-breasted Chat on patio pergola! today at 1pm, in our cramped suburb
in SW Columbus. I put mediocre photos at
https://www.flickr.com/photos/100400832@N08/ Also today a Blue-headed Vireo
in backyard. (That's a first for me.) Other yard birds in last few days:
Wood Thrush (2)
Hermit Thrush & unidentified Catharus
White-crowned & White-throated Sparrows
Rose-breasted Grosbeak (heard today)
Common Yellowthroat Warbler, male
Blue-gray Gnatcatchers
Eastern Wood-Pewee (heard)
Brown Thrasher
Gray Catbirds
RT Hummingbird, male
I'd see even more birds if nesting House Wrens weren't chasing everything
off..
