Saturday around 5:00-5:30 just before dusk there was a large flock (several dozen) of migrating vultures moving southeast above the university. Fair amount of Canada Geese on the river -- no unusual visitors hanging out with them.
Sunday morning there were still some vultures around town but a lot less than on Saturday.
Went out to Strouds Run Lake Sunday morning -- saw four Pied-Billed Grebes floating along with a group of Canada Geese. Lots of diving and feeding activity. Not much else going on.
