Today at 10:30 am, over 200 Red-breasted mergansers were floating in the Cuyahoga River, at the Holiday boat landing area in the Cleveland Flats. This boat landing is where Scranton Rd. dead ends into the flats. The opposite side of the river is Tower City and the Hard Rock Café’s huge red guitar that hangs on the building.
