following a recent listing here*, we went Sandusky area birding today:
Medusa Marsh, Pipe Creek, Castalia area
found these, among a 51 species day:
marbled godwit (* as noted)
5 black-crowned night herons (4 juveniles)
american golden plover
caspian and common terns
indigo buntings (3)
least, stilt, pectoral sandpipers
Cooper's hawk, kestrel, osprey, eagle (3)
- the Cohens
