There are over 400 Canada Geese at LaDue Reservoir today as well as four
hybrid geese (https://www.flickr.com/photos/85567104@N05/). I did a brief
search of domestic/hybrids and suspect two or three are Canada/Crested Goose
and one or two are Canada/Graylag. Any thoughts from those of you who study
this kind of stuff?
Also, the first few ducks of the fall also were there - American Wigeon,
Lesser Scaup, Redhead and Gadwall. Let the waterfowl migration begin -
PLEASE!!
