Have seen a Brown Thrasher four days in a row in Parma, near office (heavily industrial area near Brookpark Rd and Chevrolet Blvd.; Cuyahoga Cty). Suspect he is nesting in shrubs; he's perched on wires and carrying on wonderfully.
Also saw four male Dark-Eyed Juncos at Sulphur Springs Picnic Area, South Chagrin Reservation (Cuyahoga Cty), on Sunday 6/18. Seems a bit odd, but perhaps not; hemlock ravine.
happy summer birding!
