About 10 minutes ago, 9:15 pm, sitting at my desk, I noticed a wood thrush singing. I’ve been fortunate to
have wood thrushes nesting close to my house for the last couple of years, and find that
they are among the earliest voices I hear in the morning, and the latest. Such beautiful vocalists!
