Take a look at J.C. Curto, "Alcohol in Africa: A Preliminary
Compilation of the Post-1875 Literature," A CURRENT BIBLIOGRAPHY
ON AFRICAN AFFAIRS. Vol. 21, 1989, pp. 3-31 and L. Molamu and K.
Gassesse, "Alcohol and Alcoholism in Africa: A Bibliography,"
WORKING BIBLIOGRAPHY no. 15, NIR, Univeristy of Bostwana, 1988.
Amongst the nearly 750 or so references listed in these two
bibliographies, there are quite a few dealing with treatment and
treatment models.
