Hello,

I realize that this is not the best time to post a query to the list,
but I had to give it a shot just in case. Is anyone familiar with any
work done on the black community during Prohibition? There seems to be
a huge hole in the literature in this area. I am looking for any
secondary materials that would illuminate African-American attitudes
towards Prohibition, but am especially interested in their involvement
with bootlegging.

Thanks in advance,
Tanya Sanchez
