During a brief late afternoon stop at Mentor Lagoons we saw a Winter Wren that sang its stunningly-beautiful song exactly one time, two Brown Creepers on adjacent trees, Yellow-rumped Warblers, Field Sparrow, Savannah Sparrow, and a Mourning Cloak nectaring on sap flowing from a row of recently-drilled Sapsucker holes.
