At 5:15PM today, Thursday, the two previously reported, apparent, cold weather loving Great Egrets, were still hanging out in the back bay at Newell's Run. The lagoon at the mouth of Newell's Run is always a productive birdwatching spot. It enters the Ohio River under SR7 about ten miles upriver from Exit 1, on I-77, at Marietta.
