I just saw a flock of 20-30 Bobolinks (mostly male) in an alfalfa field SW of Huron, Erie Co. They appear to be just passing through. As I watched they moved across the field, away from the road and out of sight. The sound when they were close was incredible! The Red-winged Blackbirds kept chasing the Bobolinks.
