Cross-posting from the Bobolink page by Su Snyder: "Just received a call from Junior Knisely. His nephew David Miller reports 2 loons at the east dam end of Apple Valley Lake in Knox County. Per Junior--he does not think they are Common--his description suggests Pacific." One bird is reported as breeding plumage. This is south of Loudonville, west of the intersection of State Routes 62 & 36. For now this stands as an unconfirmed but very intriguing report.
