Today mself and a freind witnessed 2 different Northern Shrikes between 8-9:30am. The first was spotted off of Paisley Road about 1/4 mile from 284 on the right side of the road (without all of the pine trees). The other was spotted on Prouty Road near Ohio Power pond 48 I think. Also saw numerous Nothern Harriers, Rough-Legged Hawk dark morph, many Kestrels, Red Tails, Eastern Meadowlarks.
