Saturday started out with the lake not visible due to fog. By 8:00 the fog
lifted and birds were moving. There were quite a few flocks of red-breasted
mergansers with a few bufflehead and goldeneye and that was about it. Gulls
were interesting. The movement was not large, but there were a lot of
white-winged gulls mixed in heading east. I quit counting because i had
other things to do. The gulls continued to trickle through most of the
afternoon. I did see at least one more glaucous.
