Hi Everyone.

Yesterday in Lorain Co. Airport area there was an Eastern Meadowlark in the grassy area between Russia Road and the CAF hangar. Also some horned larks a bit west of the airport driveway, on Russia Road. Lots of loud crows, a kestrel, Turkey Vulture (er, Creagle...) more raptors too far to i.d.

Then we stopped by the Oberlin Reservoir, and in addition to the ring-bill gulls there was a mute swan. A guy from the neighborhood walking his dog said that a flock of tundra swans has been known to visit about this time of year. Has anyone seen these?

By the way, Dennis' photos of the flying swan are lovely. Thanks.

Penny
