Highlights from Conneaut harbor yesterday 10/15: greater scaup, great egret, Am. coots, 4 black-bellied plovers, Am. golden-plover, greater yellowlegs, sanderling, 150 Bonaparte's gulls, great black-backed gull, horned lark, red-breasted nuthatch, ruby-crowned kinglets, gray catbird, pine warbler, 20 yellow-rumped warblers, e. towhee, field sparrow, 10 song sparrows, swamp sparrow, 5 white-crowned sparrows, and 5 white-throated sparrows.  On the return trip south on Rte. 7 in Trumbull Co. I encountered a flock of 5 wild turkeys which flew across the road, BARELY higher than my and others' cars.  That will get your attention!!  Two n. mockingbirds in Hubbard were my first seen there.  Later, Craig
