We have a pair of Pileated Woodpeckers coming in daily for suet. This week there is a male Flicker also after the suet. Our resident pair of Carolina Wrens is down to one wren who roosts on a wreath in a sheltered area of the back deck. We serve mealworms for him or her. That bird sings each morning (perhaps looking around for a new mate or happy with the warm breakfast?).
