Observed two Rough Legged Hawks Nov 25.  One was hovering along the ditch 
on Bursley Road just west of the rr crossing north of Spencer. Very close 
view of this one.  A second one seen from the entrance drive to Alderfer-
Oenslager Wildlife Sanctuary on rt 94.
