I ventured out this AM to Clr Crk MP & Logan Lk while it was still sunny & pleasant. V quiet bird wise, just the winter regulars. No Great Blues at Logan Lk & only Mallards, coots & a Pied-billed Grebe for waterfowl. A few Ring-billed Gulls.
At Clear Creek, I watched a small group of E Bluebirds (a mix of males & females) fluttering around a nest box. Several times, at least one bird would go inside. Anyone know why they would be so interested in a nest box this time of yr??
