Have been observing 3 Merlin throughout the week. For what ever reason the
bird in Section 85 is gone. The Sec. 91 bird has relocated outside the
cemetery fence just east of Sec 83. This bird is a small juvenile male and difficult
to locate (looks like a leaf bird at times). The Merlin being somewhat
consistent is in Sec 47. usually in the Gingko Tree near the (De)Marco
headstone. When entering from the main gate (Miles Rd.) on the south end of the office
parking area there is a map of the sections. The other Merlin is generally seen
in Sec. 83. This bird is not seen until after 4:30 PM. A few images of the
Calvary Cemetery Merlin have been posted to

On Jan. 03 I had a Cooper's Hawk feeding about 3' from McCracken Rd. Check
it out here _http://ltravels.blogspot.com/_ (http://ltravels.blogspot.com/)
