was a male
Northern Harrier swooping over the fields near the entrance and to
the east of the park.
Perhaps it will roost there tonight so it might be worth a look in
the morning to see if it is still there.

When we arrived a young red tailed hawk was sitting on the light post
next to the parking lot.

Hi all,
 
7:30 a.m. the 3 wood storks were foraging and easily observed.  The Harlans and Henry were present but not foraging.
