Three Brown-headed Cowbirds have been at my feeder off-and-on since
Christmas. They would only stay a little while, eat some seed, then take
off. Well, I think they were scouts...LOL Yesterday, 23 showed up, all
feeding on the white millet that I spread on the ground. They feasted until
it was gone. If this keeps up, it might become an expensive winter for me.
