On Friday 4/3/15 Ann Cramer and I did a quick swing by Lake Loganand were pleased to see the following: Loons-7 (we have seen Loons there before but never thismany).Pied Billed Grebes-6Great Blue-4Mallards-6Mute Swans-5Green Winged Teals-25Eagle-1Redtail-1Bufflehead-2, 1 male and 1 femaleCommon Merganser-2, 1 male and 1 femaleWood Duck- 1 maleRuddy Ducks-25Swallows-many We also saw over 50 Ringed Necked Ducks in a mining pondoff the corner of Sugar Grove Road and Wilsons Lane just off Rt 33 south ofLancaster.
