   There was a single Virginia Rail feeding in the ditch on Dawley Road on the 
north side of the road east of the creek.(4-4:30pm) There is a stretch of 
water/plants that never seems to freeze. It's very approachable and I would 
think it would stay there if the January listers need one. This is the Lake 
Rockwell area and is directly connected to rt. 14 on it's east end.
