Also saw 4-5 killdeer feeding in the mudflats at the Glacier Ridge
wetlands this afternoon, along with a m/f merganser pair, some Canada
geese, and several mallard pairs, some of which appeared to be nesting
already.
One puzzle: a large flock of birds, not starlings or redwings, seemed to
be feeding in the mudflats of the wetlands. Could not ID...any ideas?
Good birding,
Sharon
