Greetings All,
We had a Swainson's Thrush last evening picking through bird seed.
Pine Siskins continue in large numbers and I believe pulling at the
bag of fur hanging from our tree would constitute possible nesting
activity.
Purple finches - Male and female are still coming to the feeders as
well.
RB Grosbeak - male appeared again today making himself comfortable
inside the feeder tray.
House Wren - checked out our Martin house while I was filling feeders
this morning.
Green heron - continues to feast from a branch over the pond.
Yellow Warbler - checked out the activity at the feeder from the rose
bush
Lots of activity in the tree tops yet to be identified.
Happy Birding.
Dorothy & Doug
