2 Red-breasted Mergansers on the Scioto River this morning, one hanging out under the bridge. Also viewed: Red-headed Woodpecker, Palm Warbler, Yellow Warbler, Yellow-throated Warbler, Blue-gray Gnatcatchers,  Warbling Vireo, Blue Jays nestbuilding, American Robins nestbuilding,  Double-crested Cormorants (fly over), Mallards, Great Blue Herons, Blue Birds, Cardinals, Carolina Wrens, Downy and, Red-bellied Woodpeckers, and the other usual suspects.
