Subject: Identify a gray bird in Columbus
Hello.
I saw a gray bird I have not seen before, at Blendon Woods Sunday perched
in a tree along Goldenrod trail. Not a junco, nuthatch, titmouse. Mostl
y
gray. Tips of wings had white & black, almost scalloped. Underside
of
tail feathers much darker. Black beak with black line to eyes. white
breast. 7"
Any ideas for me?
Thanks,
Maggie
