Tested the theory that birds will be lower in the trees on a rainy day.   Theory proved to be false today.

Ovenbird (heard)  (but seen in the backyard for 3 days now)

Summer tanagers, male and female
Bank swallow
rough winged swallows
barn swallows
tree swallows
rose breasted grosbeak
Wood thrush
Veery
Red eyed vireo
White eyed vireo (heard)
Yellow throated vireo
warbling vireo (heard)
Great crested flycatcher (heard)
Empy flycatcher
Baltimore oriole (heard)
