The Peregrine Falcon is currently out, sitting on a drainage pipe on the second bridge support of the Ohio Turnpike Bridge over Riverview Road in Peninsula... This is the first big bridge you come to, heading from 303. There is a pull-off there, on the left side (again, heading FROM 303). The bird is on the right- directly over the river.

The bird is EAST of Riverview Road.
