Hello Everyone,
Today while working at the Columbus Zoo, in Powell Ohio, I saw a lot of
turkey vultures. They were circling over the river. There was about 30 of
them. Guess they came back early this year.
other birds of note,
American Kestrel-female
Red Tail Hawks
Mockingbirds
Bluebirds
Ring Billed gulls-many
Also, I did take a call about a Red Tail Hawk with leg straps, that was
spotted on 315 in Powell, in a tree. The caller said it looked like a bird
used for training. Just an fyi if anyone sees it.
Good Birding
Jim White
